How to Add a LearnDash Calendar Event

In your WordPress Admin (wp-admin) go to “LearnDash Calendar Events”.

That will take you to the main calendar events screen like this:

Then click “Add Event”.

Then fill in the following fields:

  • Event title — the title of the calendar event you are adding. E.g, English class.
  • BG Color — the background color of the calendar event.
  • Text Color — the text color of the calendar event.
  • All day event — does this event last all day? If so toggle this.
  • Start date — date and time selector for the calendar event.
  • End date — date and time selector for the calendar event.
  • Add an event for — you can set to add an event on a per user basis, for all users or on a per course or per group basis.

Once you’re done click “Submit” and the calendar event will be added.
